Several modules can be installed in a chain, and in these cases we recommend installing a NESPLON/24 safety valve between one JOKER module and the next. The module can be supplied directly from fixed pipes or tank batteries. The hooks on the module can be used to hang it from a suitable supporting structure. Thanks to its compact and lightweight design the JOKER can easily be transported and installed also on the bridges of ships or inside the hull.

The oxygen unit also has a ball valve with a metal filter, a manifold with six supply points, the relevant shutoff valve, a EURO/M pressure regulator used to regulate the line oxygen pressure for each single supply point, and a NESPLON/7 safety valve to prevent flashback and reverse gas flow.

The fuel gas unit has a ball valve with a metal filter and a manifold with six outlets, each of which has a shutoff ball valve and a NESPLON/7 safety valve to prevent flashback and reverse gas flow. The JOKER consists of two units: the gas unit and the oxygen unit. The JOKER module with pressure regulators is used to distribute fuel gas (acetylene, methane or propane) and comburent gas (oxygen) to end utilities for welding, cutting or straightening.
